CoHo House really started with a dream (and maybe a little too much coffee). After years in the furniture and renovation industry, and a stint designing for big corporations, I (Kaitlyn here!) missed the personal touch of residential spaces. Enter Airbnb.

After years in the industry, I had the amazing opportunity to work for Airbnb as a Host Advisor and Interior Designer for their Airbnb Plus program, helping hosts transform their properties into top-tier guest experiences. That’s when I fell in love with the short-term rental world and realized I could combine my passion for business, hospitality and design to produce real, tangible results for hosts.

In 2020, I took the leap and launched CoHo House as a co-hosting business, starting with just one property. Flash forward, and we’ve now managed properties across California, Tennessee, and Washington (and growing!) — all while maximizing our clients’ revenue, boosting it by an average of 22% year over year.

But it didn’t stop there. In 2022, my incredible husband, Alex, joined the team full-time, bringing his expert eye for staging, installation, and property upkeep to the mix. Together, we’re making hosting easy, profitable, and (dare we say it) fun for hosts everywhere.

Now, we partner with incredible companies and individuals nationwide to manage, design and launch their STR’s. With over 250 short-term rentals designed and launched nationwide, we’re just getting started. Our mission? Help as many hosts as possible to keep growing, innovating, and creating spaces that guests (and hosts) love.
